At Polymeric Sand Store, we want to ensure your hardscaping project is a success by offering a 30-day return window for all unopened and undamaged bags of sand or sealant. Please note that due to the weight and nature of our products, items must be in their original, moisture-free packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the quantity of bags you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the unopened product on a pallet or in a heavy-duty box, ensuring the material is protected from moisture and punctures during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our central distribution warehouse; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the product is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
