Under normal dry conditions, polymeric sand typically sets within 24 hours, but it requires a full 48 to 72 hours without rain to achieve maximum hardness and durability.
Can I apply polymeric sand if the pavers are damp?
No, it is critical that the pavers and the joints are completely dry before application to prevent the polymers from activating prematurely and causing white hazy stains on the surface.
What is your return policy for unused bags?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged bags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to the weight of the product.
